They become victims of affiliations.

Remoulding their models into the shape of their role models.

I didn’t get the chance to say good night to her before bed.
Instead when I finished writing I planted one on her forehead.
She shudders under the covers and smothers towards me.
The blind smile on her face shows me that she really adorns me.
I place my cheek on her cheek
And my hand on her sleek physique.
My other rests on her chest to feel her heart beat.
She clasps her lips and thrusts her arm over me
As I begin thinking this feels like how it is supposed to be
And how this girl can still inspire me to write poetry.
I lean closer to stare into her fluttering eye lids.

Shit.Shit.

I unintentionally use it almost every day.
In a sudden hiccup, I slip up and it slips out.
Even when I can’t think of anything else to say.
You can bet beyond a shadow of a doubt.
That exact word will seep and creep out.

It makes its way into any given conversation.
It’s probably the most used default abbreviation.
It requires no effort and rolls out with no hesitation.
It’s so universal it can be suited to every situation.
In an upsurge it will emerge with no indication.

How can one word have so many definitions.
And still have the same effect despite its repetition.

Hello everyone, this groups need to make a comeback. We are going to have a Winter Contest!

Theme: How Winter Inspires You
Rules: You must post your entry to the group, I will create a group contest folder you MUST submit it to that folder so that I can see all of the entries. You may submit up to two entries. You can also mix mediums (example: photography w/ a short poem). You must also submit it before the deadline. There MUST be at least 5 participants, so please spread the word. You also must be a member of this group.
Deadline: End of the day on January 6th, 2013

A feature in my personal journal (one week)

A poem written by me, dedicated to you with your icon in the description (your topic of choice)
